In the field of Energy Spirituality®, the “spirituality” part of the name means spirituality for this Age of Awakening.
In short: Energy Spirituality means spirituality for this Age of Awakening.

Are You Spiritual But Not Religious?
In case you’re wondering, guess what? There’s no belief requirement for you to benefit from anything Energy Spirituality.
- Although some clients and readers of my books are involved in an organized religion.
- Or else they belong to what I call “Disorganized Religion” — creating their own mixture of beliefs and practices that are meaningful to them. And could be very spiritual.
- Still others don’t consider themselves spiritual at all. They simply aim for state-of-the-art help for solving problems. Age of Awakening-type help.
For all three categories, what’s the one thing in common? True for every one of my long-term clients, readers, and students who make use of Energy Spirituality: All of them are willing to give this new Age of Awakening knowledge a chance. They don’t expect to find pop psychology or established religion or psychic development — all of which were well established back during the Age of Faith.
Folks with those expectations tend to move on quickly. Besides not being at all like psychic anything, religious anything, nor psychology anything, guess what? Neither will Energy Spirituality clean your aquarium, nor feed your horses. This field is altogether different. Energy Spirituality uses effective energy skills for this Age of Awakening.

One More Point that Might Matter to You
Regarding Energy Spirituality, one more point is quite relevant. All Energy Spirituality books, online workshops, blogging, and personal sessions are cocreated with a Divine Being. For instance, with God or Jesus or Archangel Raphael. Some clients prefer non-religious names for God, such as “The Love that Rules the Universe” or “The Power that Rules the Universe.”
Important to know: For you to benefit from their help doesn’t require that you believe in any Divine Beings. Nor must you actively do anything directly with your choice of Divine Being. That is, apart from agreeing to have that Divine Being help me to facilitate your session.
What else is asked before you can benefit from Energy Spirituality? That you are okay with having me cocreate in consciousness with that Divine Being.
Could I do that in secret? Probably. Only that would be sneaky, wouldn’t? Energy Spirituality does not include sneaky. To this session facilitator, only full disclosure is acceptable.
Speaking of which, here’s some disclosure about me, Rose Rosetree. Personally, I don’t believe in any Divine Beings as requiring my worship. I experience them directly, particularly when I actively cocreate with them. For instance, when helping you during a personal session.
Granted, some of my clients are far more devout than me, religiously speaking. Whatever! No prob. They come to me for Energy Spirituality, just as they go to religious experts for religious purposes.
