This Era Began with “The Shift”
More properly, it’s called “The Shift into the Age of Awakening.” Were you alive by December 21, 2012? Then you lived through the truly historic day when this Second Consciousness Era for Humanity began.
Hello, you’ve heard all about that on the news, right?

Ironically, humanity has never had media broadcasting or phone notifications to the degree that we have them now. I wonder, will “Breaking News” ever get well-and-truly broken? Then the more annoying reporters might finally shut up!
Since the Shift, the media have continued to blab on. Yakking to such an extent that they keep our ears and eyes busy with . . . what exactly? When important new stories are breaking 24/7, how important can any of them really be?

Mainstream magazines, though? Where has it been, all their coverage of this momentous change? Mostly there’s indifference. What IS Your Consciousness?
So many people today are so confused about consciousness, but you don’t have to be.
Consciousness, or awareness, comes to you effortlessly. Soon as you awaken into each new day, your consciousness switches on like a lightbulb.
- Consciousness helps you to notice what happens in objective reality.
- In addition, you have unlimited possible subjective experiences with your consciousness.
- Some of those consciousness experiences might even be called “spiritual.”

Humans Now Range from Highly-Highly INsensitive People to Empaths
Think you can tell a person’s lifelong degree of sensitivity by looking at expression? Hardly.
Was this also true before the Shift into the Age of Awakening? Yes, but now we’re capable of knowing better. Also, we have no way of knowing if empaths even existed in the years before photos were available. (I say that because I can research any person’s degree of sensitivity, provided that I have a front-facing photo.)
For those of us living in this Second Consciousness Era for humanity, your degree of sensitivity matters enormously. So why are most humans still ignorant of this fact?
Lifelong sensitivity. One sensitivity score for every human alive. And where’s the precision in determining which degree of sensitivity? I hadn’t seen that anywhere, have you? Which is why, to better research human sensitivity since the Shift, I’ve developed the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE.
Sure, there have always been Highly INsensitive Persons. And even Highly-Highly INsensitive Persons. Quite likely, far more variety is available now, in this Age of Awakening. With 1 in 20 people incarnating as an empath, a Highly-Highly Sensitive Person.

Invisible Astral Travel
Surely you’ve heard of astral travel. In paranormal circles, that has been around forever. Sometimes it’s called astral projection.
Sometimes it’s romanticized as an ability that comes with Spiritual Enlightenment. (This is not true, in my opinion as an Enlightenment Coach.)
Well, at the start of this section I linked you to a fairly typical YouTube video about astral travel. Hello, the Age of Faith version of astral travel may not be good for people.

But INVISIBLE Astral Travel in the Age of Awakening Is Totally Different

Major Celebrities Drive Fans to Different Astral Experiences
Some performers just perform. That’s entertainment. But others can influence how you position your consciousness. Including away from objective reality.
Researching some celebrities, I made a discovery that shocked even me. (You see, I didn’t think I’d seen everything. I just never expected to see this particular icky thing.)
Did you know? Some popular performers recruit fans to a Favored Vibrational Frequency. Beyonce, Jay Z, and Olivia Rodrigo are some of the celebs I called out at that last link. And what did I find? OmyGosh! Read it and wince.
In general, celebs can be positioning consciousness at a particular LOW Astral Vibrational Frequency. Or they might even be living in the dead end consciousness lifestyle of Extreme Spiritual Addiction. Most likely, fans of today’s glamorous superstars don’t realize that they’re being pulled toward consciousness experiences that may not be the least bit lovely.

Do 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time, Tops
“Spiritual Technique Time” is a recent improvement to my teaching about the Two Step of your personal growth in the Age of Awakening.
Previously, I just called it “Technique Time,” but the new language of “Spiritual Technique Time” is more precise. And precision is what we need. I have a teaching tale for you about this, but first . . .
What’s So Age of Awakening about 20 Daily Min of Spiritual Technique Time?
Back in the Age of Faith, there was no limit to how much Spiritual Technique Time was good. The more, the better. For instance, on my TM Teacher Training Course with Maharishi, I felt ashamed that I could never manage more than 15 hours of “rounding” in one day.
Before the Shift, Spiritual Technique Time wasn’t nearly as powerful as it is now. Moreover, now we have a very powerful Two Step for the most rapid emotional growth and spiritual awakening.
Extra spiritual practice doesn’t help us. Quite the opposite. We’ll likely help ourselves to the consciousness lifestyle of Spiritual Addiction. Until we overcome that, we won’t have ANY authentic emotional growth or spiritual progress.
Now for that Teaching Tale I Promised You
Recently “Gladys” was in session with me as my new Energy Spirituality® client. From researching her chakra databanks, I could tell that she had developed the spaced-out, stuck, consciousness lifestyle of Spiritual Addiction.
Naturally I devoted the rest of Gladys’ session to explaining about the two-step we need in the Age of Awakening, which starts with 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time, Tops. She understood what I told her. Except. . . .
When Gladys came for a follow-up three weeks later, I researched how she was doing. Gladys was still in Spiritual Addiction, just as stuck as before.
I asked her, “What happened?”
Gladys giggled. “I did everything you told me to do.”
My response, “You did the 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time, Tops?”
Gladys giggled some more. “Well, kind of. I figured 30 minutes would work better for me. Besides, that’s a lot less that how much I was doing before.”
Mystery solved! It’s not a joke about 20 minutes, neither more nor less. Otherwise, you’ll wind up doing the Gladys giggle, stuck in a consciousness lifestyle like Spiritual Addiction.
Questions, anyone? For instance, have I ever known Energy Spirituality clients to get out of Spiritual Addiction by doing things that Gladys way? “Improving” upon the recommendation that her Divine Being of choice and I gave her, during a session, as a way to resume her personal development.

Benefit from Spiritual Integration of Consciousness
This is a second recent improvement to understanding our Age of Awakening Two Step. It’s so useful for your personal growth: “Spiritual Integration of Consciousness” is the language refinement, a bit more precise than previous language at this blog. And precision is what we need. Many folks have been taught by their spiritual teachers, or therapists, or meditation teachers: The more the better. Only now that we’re in the Age of Awakening, such advice is counterproductive.

- A practice that many people today are trying to do as often as possible, all day long, with no chance for integration of consciousness. And why, exactly?

Shredded Consciousness — unknowingly too many people have started doing this to themselves. Yet this is completely preventable.
Not only have I discovered Shredded Consciousness to be a new problem in the Age of Awakening; a problem that cripples one’s consciousness for the rest of the lifetime . . .
Not only have I found Shredded Consciousness in celebrities, and also in people that some of my clients have had to deal with at work . . . .
By now I’ve even facilitated cutting my first cord of attachment to somebody with Shredded Consciousness. Fascinating, and also terribly-terribly sad.
With Shredded Consciousness, people have destroyed their attentional wholeness for the rest of this lifetime. But we can avoid doing this to ourselves.
