You’re Living at an Important Time in History

You do know that, don’t you? I wasn’t kidding when, before, I referred to the second consciousness era on Earth for human beings. This started with the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012. Everybody is catching up:

None of us knows the half of it yet. We can’t. In terms of understanding this second consciousness era in millions of years of life on Earth, yoicks! To some degree, every human alive is kind of a clueless bobblehead.

Nonetheless, it’s inspiring to play our part to bring forth new knowledge that can serve humanity now, and in the future. For doing that, did you know?

You Can Serve as a Leader of Today’s Intelligentsia

And today’s article will show you how.

First, though, what the heck is “Intelligentsia”? Pronounced in-tell-ih-GEN-sia.

According to dictionary.com:

Intelligentsia means intellectuals considered as a group or class, especially as a cultural, social, or political elite.

Most definitions that I found today were . . . quite insulting. Evidently, today it’s common to take a more respectful view of a term used widely today: Thought Leader.

A thought leader is a person who specializes in a given area and whom others in that industry turn to for guidance. As the term implies, a thought leader leads others in the thinking around a given topic.

Ick! This implies that every thought leader must serve as the originator of a new kind of information. In reality, folks, you can serve as a thought leader, or member of the intelligentsia, simply by reading this article and putting our today’s tips into practice.

Studying History in High School, I Learned about the Intelligentsia

Luckily for me, that schooling happened in the early 1960s. Before this word went out of favor. So I learned something quite relevant to what well meaning folks today can do: Serving as part of the intelligentsia!

According to what I recall from my history teacher, Mr. Sullivan, the intelligentsia have traditionally played a leadership role in their culture. They helped new ideas to catch on. Such as Marxism. (Incidentally, I’m no fan of Marxism. This is just the example I was taught back in the day.)

What Did the Intelligentsia DO?

One or more people would come up with a new concept. The founder, like Karl Marx, might get some credit. But his ideas weren’t really going anywhere, except that people who liked discussing ideas became interested in it. They repeated the idea, like today’s enthusiastic writers on this blog and other social media. Except, back in the day, this was more like community life; smart people would talk to each other in cafes and pubs.

Do I Recommend that You Hang out in Pubs?

Nope. Today’s members of the intelligentsia are not like the cast from the TV show “Cheers.” Nor are we college professors. (Not necessarily, anyhow. One of you is, but she’s an exception.) Intellectual elites may consider themselves the intelligentsia, but I have good reason to think otherwise.

Go ahead and ask about that, if you’re curious. You might have your own thoughts to share on that topic, of course.

Members of today’s intelligentsia don’t have — or require — high social status.

• Nor do we aim to go viral
• Or to become famous just for being famous.
• Thank God, we need not aim to become “important influencers,” either. Of all the empty-headed claims to fame!

Rather, today’s intelligentsia are simply people who have some intellectual curiosity. Plus, we’re independent enough to be interested in something that mainstream culture hasn’t accepted yet.

What if we add one more key factor to that curiosity? What if we gain the knowledge in our following six tips? Hello, we can make a big difference.

1. I did believe you coined the term “God’s Grownups,” but now I realize I wasn’t sure if it was a “term of art” in Energy Spirituality.
2. This may seem like a silly misunderstanding, but if you could clarify the distinction if there is one, it could help me in future comments.
3. I realize too it would have helped for me to add more context as to where I first read about “God’s Grownups!”
4. And wow, that’s fascinating that AI has correctly attributed the term to you, and included at least some relevant related ideas (although party garbled as you point out.)

First of All, Tell These 3 Things Apart 

Learn the difference between:

1. A trademarked system
2. A system I have named but not trademarked. Differently put, that’s an innovative approach – a distinctive skill.
3. And a term of art.

For sure, Energy Spirituality contains all three of these. Depending upon which is which, you will have a slightly different way to talk about it effectively. Helping to give credit where credit is due.

And getting the knack of telling them apart is pretty helpful for your discernment in life. Many people casually or purposely take terminology developed by an expert, then turn it into a mess that is just awful. How bad? Worse than any foolish summary you’ve seen yet from AI.

What Is a Trademarked System?

In America, a legal trademark is awarded only by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The process protects intellectual property.

The USPTO offers two different symbols to denote a legal trademark:

All Energy Spirituality® trademarks have a registered service mark. Meaning, protecting the intellectual property of a service. Or a denoting a product.

Many trademarks show a different symbol: This one is used while you have first applied for a trademark and are waiting for it to become official. For example, for many months I used Energy Spirituality™ to designate a trademark-in process.

Is It Legal to Use the Name of Someone Else’s Trademarked System?

No. Purposely doing this, or carelessly doing this — either way it’s illegal. “Trademark Infringement” is the legal term for this way of stealing another person’s intellectual property.

This now happens more often than I would ever have imagined. Unless I legally go after a trademark infringer, all I can do is to contact person and ask that person to stop stealing my intellectual properly. (A wonderful volunteer helps me with this. Her persistent work helps a lot.)

Before we get to the actual tip, please know this:

When you aim to help spread the word about Energy Spirituality, don’t go casual about the value of referring to trademarks.

What You Can Do. (It Will Make a Big Difference.)

It is easy for you to support, rather than dilute, the names of our 11 trademarks in Energy Spirituality®. (Click on the link just provided to find a full list.)

When you use the name of any of these trademarks, on Facebook or other social media, at blogging platforms like Medium, always present the name of the trademarked system with its ®.

1. Do this in your first reference to the term.
2. If you’re writing something short, once will do it. If your writing will fill more than one screen on a mobile phone, repeat using the ® once for each screen, approximately.

A System Rose Rosetree Has Named But Not Trademarked

A system means a way of doing things. All of our systems include a dedicated name, an innovative purpose, and a systematic way to facilitate that skill as an Energy Spirituality professional.

So a particular process must be used, with skill and integrity, in order to qualify as really using that system. Your active support — as in using tips to follow pretty soon — can protect the integrity of using that particular skill. Then, when people refer to that, they will know what is being discussed.

You may well be familiar with many such systems, Blog-Buddies. For instance, you may have encountered some of the following at this blog. Or you may even have experienced results from that particular system helping you in a personal session.

Examples of Systems that I Use But Haven’t Trademarked

1. Your Soul’s Choice for Diet
2. Soul Food Aura Research
3. Find Your Good Weight Point
4. Remove Marijuana Cooties

Refer to Energy Spirituality systems (whether trademarked or not) by the full name.

• For example, you might talk about the benefits for you of, “Your Soul’s Choice for Diet.”
• If writing, you might refer to it by connecting it with the founder of this field: Rose Rosetree’s system for Your Soul’s Choice for Diet [or whatever is the name of that system].
• Or else you might choose to enrich your listing, thus: Put the name of that system in quotation marks and then add context: “Your Soul’s Choice for Diet” — the problem-solving system used by Rose Rosetree.

Referring to Energy Spirituality systems (whether trademarked or not) please don’t use a nickname. Or a cute term that won’t add anything to SEO or AI. Don’t refer to that system in a casual way, like it’s a whatever.

Such as:

• That Choice for Diets thing you can ask for.
• Rose’s way to research for finding diets
• The wild diet research thing.

If It Helps

Here’s a cautionary tale about nicknaming, etc. Gladys, a former student of mine, wanted to be really spiritually special. I gather,in hindsight. This backfired.

It wasn’t enough for Gladys to buy into a New Age belief, popular during the New Age Years (1980 until the Shift), that any archangel would be delighted to serve as one’s errand boy.

• Gladys began to talk quite a lot about her very important relationship with Archangel Michael. Such as, “Archangel Michael always finds me a parking space.”
• Soon she was nicknaming him “Mikey.” I remember Gladys telling me, humble-bragging, “Mikey just found me a parking space.”
• Fast forward a few years and Gladys was making YouTube videos where she was channeling “Mikey” for half an hour straight. Or longer.

When I researched her chakra databanks, the results were clear. Clear but sad. Gladys had moved into the consciousness lifestyle of Extreme Spiritual Addiction.

What conclusion do I draw from the path of this former student of mine? Don’t get cute with what is spiritual.

To me, that also means, don’t get cute with naming any the unique skills from Energy Spirituality. Show respect through how you use the name officially given to that skill.

What Is a TERM OF ART?

According to Westlaw, a term of art is:

A word or phrase that has a special meaning in a particular context.

For example, “Legal terms of art” denote “words or expressions that have through usage by legal professionals acquired a distinct legal meaning.”

Another example: Energy Spirituality terms of art denote words or expressions that have, through usage by Energy Spirituality professionals, acquired a distinct legal meaning.

In short, terms of art are a kind of intellectual property. Certain words are used in a particular way, whether here at this blog or through my books or online workshops.

When you google terms of art from Energy Spirituality, sometimes AI will credit me. Sometimes not.

Examples are:

4. Age of Awakening Enlightenment
5. The consciousness lifestyle of Psychological Overwork
6. Spiritual Technique Time
7. Chakra databanks
8. Stage 1 Energetic Literacy

10. Stage 3 Energetic Literacy

Terms of art may be where you can make the most significant difference at spreading the word about Energy Spirituality®. Simply refer to those terms of art appropriately. Our last three tips in this article will give you DO’s and DON’Ts.

DON’T Approximate.

WHY? Discoverability depends on repeating the correct name, over and over again.

Distinguishing Our Terms of Art Can Be Easy

DO ask yourself, Is this expression central to Energy Spirituality Aura Reading?

Or Energy Healing?

Or Empath Coaching?

Perhaps even Enlightenment Coaching?”

You might also ask yourself, “Is this expression something that people didn’t used to have words for, but now Rose has named it?”

All our terms of art are useful for emotional growth and/or moving toward Spiritual Enlightenment.

Of course, not every term used here is a discovery from Energy Spirituality. We’ve had articles on topics in culture or spirituality or politics. Topics of general interest, like:

DON’T treat everyday language like terms that denote intellectual property. Ick! Just talk.

Blog-Buddies, I think you’ll find that it can be easy for you to develop  a certain knack: a knack for noticing our terms of art, and treating just those terms differently.

Helpful Quotation Marks

Sometimes you might use quotation marks to set off our terms of art. Here I’ll use the example of “God’s Grownup.”

DO use that punctuation when you can.

DON’T be shy about sprinkling in a pair of quotation marks.

What’s the Point of Using This Kind of Punctuation?

As people race through with their skim-reading, they might pause for a few seconds. They might pay better attention.

For search engines, quotation marks can be very important. Are you trying to call attention to certain words more than others? That’s when to use that punctuation.

Not nearly enough people yet understand that they can live like “God’s Grownup.”

Rather than live like God’s begging, dependent child. As “good, God-fearing Christians” were taught to do during the Age of Faith. And, sadly, many children are being taught to this day.

As a way to show the world that you know a ton about Energy Spirituality skills and terms of art, is it okay to refer to them casually? Like a sign that you’re in the know!

Such as, suppose that you’re telling somebody about the WISE MONEY MANAGEMENT Chakra Databanks. Acting cool, you refer to this as “a Chakra Databank flash contest.” Same difference, yes?

Question 10. Make up Your Own Example
