Food without Guilt, and Why?

Today I’ll share with you five unexpected ways to stop worrying, overeating, feeling a kind of shame that won’t go away — or whatever your personal pain related to food guilt has been like.

No, this article won’t give you another whip. In case you’ve been wearing out your usual whip for beating yourself up, whether literally or figuratively. Whipping yourself for (supposedly) being too fat or too thin.

On the positive side, this article will introduce you to five approaches that can make a huge difference for you. Reading alone won’t give you the benefits, though. No more than simply reading books or articles about easy slimness, etc.! (And haven’t I spent untold hours doing that, hoping and wishing. Back in the day I did that, but not now.)

Maybe not so easy. I know that I offer all the following skills and have seen their value for clients. So far, I can’t give you any referrals elsewhere. Wish I could!

Talk about being a guinea pig in a random experiment! Do you know the truth about Body Mass Index (BMI)? This “is a tool that healthcare providers use to estimate the amount of body fat by using your height and weight measurements.”

Impact of different foods on you now — that’s the point. Some foods that might have been perfectly fine 20 years ago? By now they could pose problems.

Sam’s Breakfast Classic? Uh-Oh.

Here’s an example of how our conscious minds may be made up. Yet our chakra databanks could have some very different info for us.

My client Sam was very proud of his healthy eating. No food guilt for him, just the opposite.

Nonetheless, Sam figured he might as well give this kind of research a chance. You see, lately he’d felt low energy. Nothing showed up in a medical checkup. Maybe it could help him to learn about the personal impact of different foods on him. This impact can change over time.

Besides, Sam was curious. Before he had benefitted from other Energy Spirituality sessions. Why not find out what this research had to tell him about the impact of different foods that he always ate?

Remove Food-Related STUFF from Your Aura

Do you know that different kinds of STUFF in your aura can suck much of the joy out of life? It’s not just a matter of “bad energy” — simple ideas millions have learned from a one-size-fits-all method like Reiki.

In this context, you’ve surely heard the term, “Emotional Eating.” What is that supposed to mean, a form of food ingestion not done through your mouth? 😉

Seriously, by now “Emotional Eating” is prevalent in pop psychology. But apart from being popular — yesterday, 538 MILLION hits on my Google — what does that term really tell you?
